Hello! We’re Adam and Tina, a husband and wife photography and video team that was blessed with the perfect last name to start a wedding company.
Tina is the extrovert that craves being around people but is also a more silent observer looking for beautiful shadows and light and moments of connections throughout your wedding day. She knows that we all might need a little help in front of the camera so she’s not shy about jumping in to direct when it’s needed. Her background is in social sciences which feeds her love for learning about people and different cultures. She has an ongoing case of wanderlust yet loves California and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. She is also the co-founder of the Nearest and Dearest Wedding Collective and Wander + Root, a photographers workshop.
Adam is the introvert who will talk with the same person during an entire party. He prefers to jump straight into the deep and meaningful. His background is in Spiritual Direction which has helped him learn to draw people out and get to the heart of things with relative strangers. He is the perfect blend of art and tech, which is likely what led him to study architecture in college and what gets him so excited about creating beautiful films. He also loves rockets, movies, soccer, and a good milkshake.
We met while going to school at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and got married 12 years ago in Cayucos, California overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Since then, we have done regular Pacific Northwest road trips, traveled to eight different countries, and have enjoyed our fair share of lazy weekends at home. Life has slowed a little after having our daughter, Hazel, but we’re excited to bring her along on a lifetime of camping trips, beach bonfires, and exploring the world.
We’re big believers that real partnership means encouraging and empowering each other. Adam always encourages Tina in her advocacy for women and Tina is all in for Adam helping others in their spiritual lives. The reason we’re so excited to spend your wedding day with you is that we know firsthand that finding your “hold you when you’re disappointed, stay up late watching one more, jump in the car for a random camping trip” partner is an incredible thing that should be celebrated. So let’s party.
Home is a small coastal town near San Luis Obispo, California. If you want to keep up with our lives you can find photos of Hazel at the beach on our personal Instagrams: @tinaloveridge & @loviebeard.
Please say hello if you’re interested in having us document your wedding or if you’d just like to be friends. We like friends.
