New York In-Home Session // Jen & Josh

It has taken me far too long to share this session. I met Jen right before she moved away from San Luis Obispo and have always admired her work (her instagram will make you want to sell all your belongings, pack your bags, and travel the world). My sister and I were traveling to New York and she graciously let me photograph her and her husband before we explored the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. It was when I was first starting to shoot film and I shot all these on my Nikon f100 (a 35mm camera) with Kodak Porta 400 and Tri-X 400. I was trying something a little different from how I normally work and I’m so in love with how these images turned out.
